ADDITIONAL POLICIES

The number of inductees shall be limited to six (6) inductees per year, unless the Board considers and designates two (2) inductees (such as siblings or husband and wife) as a pair to be inducted together, then the number of inductees shall be increased to seven (7) per year. The criteria for designating two applicants as a pair to be inducted together is that the two (2) individual careers are indistinguishable and to induct one without inducting the other would create an inequity. The Board shall not select more than one (1) deceased inductee per year of the total six (6) inductees to be selected each year. If two (2) or more candidates in this category have the same number of votes after the initial votes taken, then a runoff shall be held between the two (2) or more candidates with the same number and highest number of votes in that category.

The Board shall not select more than one (1) inductee from the category of “Support Personnel” (paragraph 2) above per year of the six (6) total inductees to be selected each year. If two (2) or more or more candidates in this category have the same number of votes after the initial votes taken, then a runoff shall be held between the two (2) or more candidates with the same number and highest number of votes in that category.
